Hello readers! It’s been a while hasn’t it. At this point I think I’ll have to ditch the whole weekly part of these blog posts. I’ve been busy or absent for a while now so I haven’t been writing much. In case you were wondering about me- I’m doing fine and I’m still working here at the Global Autism Project. I’ve settled into my niche of updating databases showing how much money we’ve raised with our monthly giving service COMPASS. Some people have come and gone but I’m still here. It’s almost been a full year since I first started working at the Global Autism Project. I’ll write something up if I reach that landmark. And I remember to write something. Big if right there. Anyway, the Global Autism Project is doing about the same as always. We recently had our leadership academy for our Skillcorps members and we’ve been preparing for our next shipment of volunteers. Today we’ve got a student photographer film our work. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing so none of us had time to prepare (I knew I should have gotten that haircut) and we’ve had some trouble with our office dog Jade who has been a little sick today but otherwise the filming went well I think. Hopefully you’ll be able to check it out soon and he didn’t take anything from the office while we weren’t looking. Anyway, that’s about it for now. I hear that my next project will be writing up profiles for our Skillcorps team so wish me luck with that. Hope you’re all doing well and I hope to write for you all again soon.
