Week one has passed and I truly believe I have grown way more in this field and as a person than I ever could have expected. Interacting with the staff at CIE in Nicaragua, has shown me that people around this world are just as passionate about ABA as I am. This also helps ease the anxiety of travel out of the country especially when it’s for the first time.

ABA came into my life at a random time and I never thought I would fall in love with it like I have. Not only has ABA become a big part of my life in the past couple years but just these past couple weeks a new love for travel and sustainability has made a new importance in my life. Global Autism Project has opened my mind up to the importance of what sustainability means and, how what they are doing as a movement, can change lives. I am so happy to be apart of something this amazing. Global Autism Project has also prepped me for any future travel opportunities within Global Autism Project and my personal life. Feeling safe, traveling with great people and traveling to a beautiful country just shows that taking this adventure with Global Autism Project was the right choice!
